I Will be so presumptiuious (since you desire it) as to believe you love me, but on condition that you will acknowledg the passion I have to serve you. For as it only makes me merit the honour of your friendship , so I should be very glad that you would everlastingly conserve the memory thereof. Continue then in loving me as much as you plese, and likewise esteem infallibly that I am more than all the world besides,
