A most incomparable broth or drink for a Sick person.

Procure a good fleshy Capon, and take the flesh from the bones, or cho it in pieces very small, and not wash it, then put it in a Rose-Still, with slices of Lemon-peel, Wood-forrel, with other restorative herbs, being distilled, give it the sick person to drink.
