Geese Boiled.

Take them being powder'd, and fill their bellies with oatmeal, being first steeped in warm Milk, then mingle it with some Beef-suet, minced Onions and Apples, season'd with Cloves, Mace, some sweet Herbs minced, and Pepper, fasten the neck and vent, boil them, and serve | | 133 them with Brewis, and Colliflowers or Cabbedg, running it over with beaten Butter; thus you may dress any sort of Sea-fowl.
