To prevent lowness of Spirits.
Mix a gill of sack with an ounce of syrup of cloves, a pint of mint water, and a pennyworth of saffron, put then all together into a bottle, and let them stand about a week, when you may drink a glass of the liquor as often as you find a return of the complaint.
