To remove slight marks made by the Small-pox.

Take half an ounce of Venice turpentine, the fame quantity of sperma ceti, and one ounce of olive oil; melt all these together over a slow fire, until it is beginning to boil, then take it off and let it stand a few days to settle. When you use it, rub it over your face gently and the marks of the small-post will disappear.
